血清前清蛋白和C-反应蛋白与呼吸系统感染相关性分析(1)

    【摘要】目的:评价前清蛋白(PA)和C-反应蛋白(CRP)在区分急性呼吸系统感染病原体中的作用,并探讨其临床应用价值。方法:采用免疫透射比浊法测定急性呼吸系统感染患者治疗前后血清PA、CRP水平。结果:①细菌感染组与病毒感染组、正常对照组比较,PA明显降低,CRP明显升高,差异有高度显著性,均P<0.01;病毒感染组与正常对照组比较,PA、CRP差异无显著性P>0.05(t=1.929,1.786);②细菌性感染组患者治疗前PA水平明显低于治疗后,而CRP水平明显高于治疗后,两者差异有高度显著性P<0.01(t=3.632, 6.993);③细菌性感染组血清PA、CRP阳性率均高于白细胞计数和细菌培养的阳性率,两者差异有高度显著性P<0.01。结论:血清PA和CRP定量检测可用于急性呼吸系统病原体的鉴别及疗效的观察,其价值明显高于白细胞计数和细菌培养,是反应急性呼吸系统感染的敏感且可靠的指标。

    Correlative Study on Prealbumin and C-reaction Protein in Respiratory System Infection

    【Abstract】Objective:To evaluate the effect of PA and CRP on the discrimination of the pathogen in acute respiratory system infection and explore their clinical significance. Methods: To detect the concentration of PA and CRP in serum sample from respiratory system infection before and after treatment using immune turbidimetry. Results: ①Comparing the bacteria infection group with virus infection group and the control group, the level of PA decreased obviously while that of CRP increased notably. There was significantly difference in the three groups, P<0.01;Comparing the virus infection group with the control group, the levels of PA and CRP had no significant difference, P>0.05(t=1.929,1.786)②The level of PA in the bacteria infection group before treatment was much lower than that after treatment while CRP much higher, there was notable difference, P<0.01(t=3.632,6.993); ③The positive rate of PA and CRP in the bacteria infection group was higher than that of the white blood cell count and bacteria culture, there was significant difference, P<0.01.Conclusion: The changes of levels of PA and CRP could be used to identify the acute respiratory infection and observe the effect .Their values were higher than those of WBC counting and bacteria culture. The levels of PA and CRP were sensitive and reliable indices that reflected acute respiratory infection.
